Founded by Teresa Peters in 1992,  Peters & Peters Executive Realtors became the stepping-stone to creating vision and clientele wealth through residential and commercial investment. Teresa purchased her first single -family residence as a teenager; she tripled her investment in only a few years.  An on duty injury caused Teresa to hang up her badge with the City of Los Angeles Police Department and rehabilitate herself in real estate.  Teresa was eager to learn all there was to learn about property value, the California real estate market and comparative market analyzes.  In 1992-93, Teresa was acknowledged and honored by Who's Who World Wide and LA Business Journal for demonstrating leadership and achievement in her industry and profession.

Teresa graduated top of her class with Honors from University of Southern California, School of Business in 1997.  She was recruited by National Association for Female Executives to mentor other young inspired females interested in entrepreneurial opportunities.  In 2000, Teresa founded Teresa Peters Executive Realtors, where she brokered her own office. Teresa has managed to successfully build a family owned and operated corporation which acts as a private club where the best agents build life long relationships with their clients.

TPER, Inc. is a full service one-stop corporation.  Our Educational Institute offers both online and group real estate principles and practice to individuals looking to succeed in real estate as an agent or private investor. TPER, Inc. maintains a 98% pass rate by the State of California Real Estate Sales Person Examination.  Teresa has worked with several non-profit organizations during her tenure as a licensed real-estate broker. Her non-profit clients have included Brown's Board and Care, Crystal Stairs, Challenger Boys and Girls Club, Step Up On Second and Southern Christian Leadership. 

Since 2006, TPER, Inc. has proudly adopted several Inglewood families through the Adopt-A-Family program sponsored by Inglewood Police Activities League.  TPER, Inc. is proudly recognized as the only community full service real estate corporation in the City of Inglewood.  TPER, Inc. offer our clients a wide range of Executive Services including but not limited to; listing your property, providing a free market analysis, ensuring top dollar on your investiment and a detailed research to locate your next dream home.  Our in-house escrow allows us to provide smooth and hassel free transactions to support our clients needs. 

We believe that our clients time is valuable and maintain the highest level of respect for your time.  That is why in 2003, we celebrated the arrival of our on-duty Notary Public and Contract Delivery Service.  TPER, Inc. is a community service oriented organization.  Our executives sponsor an annual Thanksgiving food drive, offering at risk and economically challenged individuals a full course meal.  Community Appreciation Day is held every August in the form of a Bar-B-Que at one of our local parks. This is a day filled with food, fun and laughter for you and your family to enjoy at no cost.
