Poised, Professional and Pragmatic Marveina Peters is the President of Teresa Peters Executive Realtors, Inc. Founded in 1992, and recently incorporated, this 20 year old real estate investment company boasts annual proceeds of over $1 million.  Born in South Los Angeles, and raised in Baldwin Hills, California, Marveina is a strong advocate for social justice. This passion for service led Marveina to a career in law enforcement as a sworn police officer. 

While serving her community as an officer, Marveina developed a passion to assist victims of domestic violence with housing needs.  As an investor, Marveina is using her expertise to invest in the rehabilitation of distressed properties in order to provide safe, luxury living to victims and their children.  In addition to these safe havens, Marveina uses her tactical skills to train Real Estate Agents on the importance of  safety and security issues when "Entering and Exiting Abondoned or Vacant Properties."

Marveina's inquisitive nature has lead her to acquire a useful and diverse skill set.  She currently holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice Administraion and has been recognized by the United States Department of Homeland Security for her dedication to service in Crisis Management. 

Between Marveina's entrepreneurial endevors, pursuing her Executive MBA at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business and Management and managing her tween daughter's acting career, there is no such thing as "free time." 

However, between classes, meetings, conferences, auditions, rehearsals and traveling Marveina spends her time browsing ebay, second hand stores and visitng Mattel in search to add a new Barbie Doll to her extensive collection and thanking God for the strength to keep on keeping on!
